He would tell the truth-worshipping people of the world that if martyrdom takes place on the path of the truth and justice, it would not be loss of life but it will be finding life indeed.
God says in Verse 169-171 of Surah Al Imran:
“You must not think that those who were killed in the way of Allah are dead. But rather, they are alive with their Lord and have been provided for, rejoicing in the Bounty that Allah has given to them and having glad tidings in those who remain behind and have not joined them, for no fear shall be on them neither shall they sorrow, having glad tidings of a Favor and Bounty from Allah. Allah will not waste the wage of the believers.”
The courageous people who sacrifice their lives on the path of sublime goals such as freedom and elevation of society have a lofty status both before God and before people. These martyrs rejoice in what God gives them.
Being killed on the path of God is not just in physical death but it can be manifested with the love of God without leaving this world.
Those who sacrifice their life on the path of upholding the truth, justice, humanity, human dignity and spirituality had already given up their life to the beloved (God) and this physical death is only a confirmation of that sacrificing of the Nafs (self).
So being killed on the path of God is in essence the killing of the self that is an impediment to seeing the beauty of the beloved (God).
